Programming Internship
-
I spent most of my time programming in
Microsoft Visual Basic 5. Nearly all of the programs that I wrote were
incorporated with Microsoft Access databases. I learned new techniques
in programming and I also gained much experience in interacting with other
programmers. My biggest project at Stellar Systems involved imaging software.
The imaging software was used for scanning, displaying, and printing documents.

Mar. 1996 - Aug. 1997
Sales/Installation/Book keeping
-
I was expected to keep the business running
during the day to day operations. I was in charge of purchasing, receiving,
billing, and receiving payments. I also met with new business representatives
and looked into new products. On many occasions I was also needed to help
out on installations of both home and car stereo. I did most of the work
on the computer and was technical adviser for all computer problems. I
still help out there whenever they need assistance and when I am available
to work.
