Here is an expert system program.  You need to unzip the files into thier own directory.  After unzipping, locate the file vpx.cfg.  Open that file and modify the paths to point to the directory that you put the program in.  It is fairly simple to use.  It is very old though and some of the stuff is difficult to do.  Here is a hint - when you are in the editor - watch the bottom of the screen and press the control keys.
