Hawaii Vacation

Angela and I at our cottage on "The Big Island", Hawaii.

Outside our cottage there was plenty of beautiful plants and opportunities to take pictures.

We also had a private hot tub, that you can see in the background.

A beautiful view of Mauna Loa (means long mountain).

Inside of Volcano National Park on the big island. Behind us is the Kileaua Caldera (bigger than a crater)

This is me standing on recent lava flows (from April 2003).
the lava flowed right over the road and a parking lot (hence the half-buried no parking sign.

On the shores of the big island was this neat natural arch in the rocks.
